The California Civil Rights Department makes specified employment practices unlawful, including the harassment of an employee directly by the employer or indirectly by agents of the employer with the employer’s knowledge. The act requires an employer who employs 5 or more employees, including temporary or seasonal employees, to provide at least 2 hours of anti-harassment training to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of anti-harassment training to all nonsupervisory employees.
Onsite training at your location is available in English and Spanish, for Supervisors, Employees and Combination classes.
Online training is available in English and Spanish, for Supervisors, Employees specific to the requirements of the State.
